I’m Kaj, a lifelong musician and New York City native, now based in Salt Lake City. I’ve always believed music is more than sound. It’s identity. It’s energy. It’s how we express who we are.

For me, music hasn’t just been something to listen to. It’s something I’ve played and practiced for years. It’s been a constant, something that shapes how I think, create, and connect.

In 2024, my wife Avani and I turned that idea into GrooveSmack, a brand built for those who live to play.
